SECTION 7-13-34

   § 7-13-34  Distribution upon withdrawal.– Except as provided in this chapter, upon withdrawal any withdrawing partner isentitled to receive any distribution to which he or she is entitled under thepartnership agreement and, if not otherwise provided in the agreement, he orshe is entitled to receive, within a reasonable time after withdrawal, the fairvalue of his or her interest in the limited partnership as of the date ofwithdrawal based on his or her right to share in distributions from the limitedpartnership.
