SECTION 7-13-4

   § 7-13-4  Specified office and agent.– Each limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this state:

   (1) An office, which may but need not be a place of itsbusiness in this state, at which is kept the records required by § 7-13-5to be maintained; and

   (2) An agent for service of process on the limitedpartnership, which agent must be an individual resident of this state, adomestic corporation, or a foreign corporation authorized to do business inthis state.
