SECTION 7-13-50

   § 7-13-50  Issuance of registration. –(a) If the secretary of state finds that an application for registration of aforeign limited partnership conforms to law and all requisite fees have beenpaid; he or she shall:

   (1) Endorse on the application the word "Filed", and themonth, day, and year of the filing of the application;

   (2) File in his or her office the original of theapplication; and

   (3) Issue a certificate of registration to transact businessin this state.

   (b) The certificate of registration, together with aduplicate original of the application, shall be returned to the person whofiled the application or his or her representative.
