SECTION 7-13-51

   § 7-13-51  Name of foreign limitedpartnership. – A foreign limited partnership may register with the secretary of state underany name, whether or not it is the name under which it is registered in itsstate of organization, that includes either

   (1) without abbreviation the words "limited partnership" or

   (2) the letters and punctuation "L.P.", and that could beregistered by a domestic limited partnership.
