SECTION 7-13-52

   § 7-13-52  Changes and amendments. –If any statement in the application for registration of a foreign limitedpartnership was false when made or any arrangements or other facts describedhave changed, making the application inaccurate in any respect, the foreignlimited partnership shall promptly file in the office of the secretary of statea certificate, signed and sworn to by a general partner, correcting thestatement.
