SECTION 7-13-55

   § 7-13-55  Action to enjoin foreign limitedpartnership. – The superior court has jurisdiction to enjoin any foreign limited partnership,or any agent of a foreign limited partnership, from transacting any business inthe state if the limited partnership has failed to comply with any section ofthis chapter applicable to it or if the limited partnership has secured acertificate of the secretary of state under § 7-13-49 on the basis offalse or misleading representation. The attorney general may bring an action torestrain a foreign limited partnership from transacting business in this statein violation of this chapter.
