SECTION 7-13-64

   § 7-13-64  Applications to existing limitedpartnerships. – The provisions of this chapter apply to all domestic limited partnershipsexisting on January 1, 1987 to the extent that the partnership agreement ofeach partnership is not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.Unless otherwise agreed to by the partners, nothing in this chapter requiresany domestic limited partnership validly existing on January 1, 1987 to complywith the provisions of this chapter in order to preserve or continue its statusas a limited partnership.
