SECTION 7-13-65

   § 7-13-65  Effect of repeal of prior acts.– The repeal of any prior statutory provision by this chapter does not impair, orotherwise affect, the organization or the continued existence of a limitedpartnership existing at January 1, 1986, nor is the repeal by this chapter ofany prior provision to be construed so as to impair any contract or to affectany right accrued prior to January 1, 1986.
