SECTION 7-13-7

   § 7-13-7  Business transactions of partnerwith partnership. – Except as provided in the partnership agreement, a partner may lend money toand transact any other business with the limited partnership and, subject toother applicable law, has the same rights and obligations with respect to thattransaction of business as a person who is not a partner.
