§ 7-16-5 - Formation.
SECTION 7-16-5
§ 7-16-5 Formation. – (a) One or more persons may form a limited liability company by delivering orcausing to be delivered executed articles of organization for filing with thesecretary of state.
(b) When the secretary of state accepts the articles oforganization for filing and issues the certificate of organization, the limitedliability company is formed under the name and subject to the conditions andprovisions stated in its articles of organization.
