SECTION 7-16-51

   § 7-16-51  Name registration by foreignlimited liability company. – A foreign limited liability company may register with the secretary of stateunder any name permitted under § 7-16-9, whether or not it is the nameunder which it is registered in its state or other jurisdiction of organization.
