SECTION 7-16-52

   § 7-16-52  Amendments to registration offoreign limited liability company. – If any statement in the application for registration of a foreign limitedliability company was inaccurate when made or a change has occurred, other thana change of mailing address or a change of the name and/or address of theresident agent, the foreign limited liability company shall promptly file inthe office of the secretary of state a certificate signed by a person withauthority to do so under the laws of the state or other jurisdiction of itsorganization correcting the inaccuracy or indicating the change.
