SECTION 7-16-69

   § 7-16-69  Certificates and certifiedcopies to be received in evidence. – All certificates issued by the secretary of state in accordance with theprovisions of this chapter, and all copies of documents filed in the secretaryof state's office in accordance with the provisions of this chapter whencertified by the secretary of state, shall be taken and received in all courts.
