SECTION 7-16-74
§ 7-16-74 Forms to be furnished bysecretary of state. – All documents required by this chapter to be filed in the office of thesecretary of state shall be made on forms which shall be prescribed by thesecretary of state. Forms for all documents to be filed in the office of thesecretary of state may be furnished by the secretary of state upon request, buttheir use, unless otherwise specifically prescribed in this chapter, is notmandatory.
