SECTION 7-6-103

   § 7-6-103  Waiver of notice. – Whenever any notice is required to be given to any member or director of acorporation under the provisions of this chapter or under the provisions of thearticles of incorporation or bylaws of the corporation, a waiver of the noticein writing signed by the person or persons entitled to the notice, whetherbefore or after the time stated in the waiver, is equivalent to the giving ofthe notice.
