SECTION 7-6-12

   § 7-6-12  Registered office and registeredagent. – Each corporation shall have and continuously maintain in this state:

   (1) A registered office which may be the same as itsprincipal office.

   (2) A registered agent, who may be either an individualresident in this state whose business office is identical with the registeredoffice, or a domestic corporation, whether for profit or not for profit, or aforeign corporation, whether for profit or not for profit, authorized totransact business or conduct affairs in this state, having an office identicalwith the registered office.
