SECTION 7-6-29

   § 7-6-29  Removal of officers. – Any officer elected or appointed may be removed by the persons authorized toelect or appoint the officer whenever in their judgment the best interests ofthe corporation will be served by removal. The removal of an officer is withoutprejudice to the contract rights, if any, of the officer removed. Election orappointment of an officer or agent does not of itself create contract rights.
