SECTION 7-6-64

   § 7-6-64  Discontinuance of liquidationproceedings. – The liquidation of the assets and affairs of a corporation may be discontinuedat any time during the liquidation proceedings when it is established thatcause for liquidation no longer exists. In that event the court shall dismissthe proceedings and direct the receiver to redeliver to the corporation all itsremaining property and assets.
