SECTION 7-6-67

   § 7-6-67  Deposits with general treasurer.– Upon the voluntary or involuntary dissolution of a corporation, the portion ofthe assets distributable to any person who is unknown or cannot be found, orwho is under disability and for whom there is no person legally competent toreceive the distributive portion, shall be reduced to cash and deposited withthe general treasurer and shall be paid over to the person or to that person'slegal representative upon satisfactory proof to the general treasurer of thatperson's right to the cash.
