SECTION 7-6-73

   § 7-6-73  Change of name by foreigncorporation. – Whenever a foreign corporation which is authorized to conduct affairs in thisstate changes its name to one under which a certificate of authority would notbe granted to it on application for a certificate, the certificate of authorityof the corporation shall be suspended and it shall not thereafter conduct anyaffairs in this state until it has changed its name to a name which isavailable to it under the laws of this state.
