SECTION 7-6-77

   § 7-6-77  Registered office and registeredagent of foreign corporation. – Each foreign corporation authorized to conduct affairs in this state shall haveand continuously maintain in this state:

   (1) A registered office which may be the same as in itsprincipal office.

   (2) A registered agent, which agent may be either anindividual resident in this state whose business office is identical with theregistered office, or a domestic corporation, whether for profit or not forprofit, or a foreign corporation, whether for profit or not for profit,authorized to transact business or conduct affairs in this state, having anoffice identical with the registered office.
