SECTION 7-6-97

   § 7-6-97  Information disclosed byinterrogatories. – Interrogatories propounded by the secretary of state and the answers to themshall not be open to public inspection nor shall the secretary of statedisclose any facts or information obtained from them except insofar as thesecretary of state's official duty may require the facts or information to bemade public or if the interrogatories or the answers to them are required forevidence in any criminal proceedings or in any other action by this state.
