SECTION 7-7-18

   § 7-7-18  Federation and cooperationbetween associations. – To effectuate the formation of federations of nonprofit associations ofproducers, any association of producers is authorized to acquire membership orstock in any other association of producers and any association is authorizedto grant membership or sell stock to the associations. Any association may,upon resolution adopted by its board of directors, enter into all necessary andproper contracts and agreements, and make all necessary and properstipulations, agreements, and contracts with any other cooperative corporation,association, or associations, formed in this or in any other state, for thecooperative and more economical carrying on of its business, or any part ofcarrying on business. Any two (2) or more associations may by agreement unitein employing and using or may separately employ and use the same methods,means, and agencies for carrying on and conducting their respective businesses.
