SECTION 7-7-22

   § 7-7-22  Previously incorporatedassociations. – A cooperative corporation or association previously formed under or subject toa law repealed by this chapter, is subject to the provisions of this chapter asif incorporated under this chapter, and the corporation or association maycontinue its corporate existence and name, subject to the provisions.
