SECTION 7-7-4

   § 7-7-4  Incorporation fee –Certificate – Articles as evidence. – Upon the filing of the articles of association and a duplicate of the articleswith the secretary of state, together with an incorporation fee of fiftydollars ($50.00) and the duplicate copy certified to by the secretary of stateand returned to the incorporator, the original articles of incorporation orcertified copies of them shall be received in all the courts of this state andelsewhere as prima facie evidence of the facts contained in them and of the dueincorporation of the association.
