SECTION 7-8-14

   § 7-8-14  Mail voting included in statutoryprovisions. – If an association has provided for voting by mail, or by delegates, anyprovision of this chapter, referring to votes cast by members, is construed toinclude votes cast by mail, or by delegates, but this does not permit delegatesto vote by mail.
