SECTION 7-8-21

   § 7-8-21  Transfer of holdings. – If the association fails, within ninety (90) days, to purchase all or any partof the holdings offered, their holder may dispose of the unpurchased interestelsewhere. No transferee of holdings in an association is entitled to therights of membership until the transferee fulfills the requirements ofeligibility of the association, including approval of his or her membership bythe board of directors, if required.
