SECTION 7-8-3

   § 7-8-3  Authorized purposes. – An association may be incorporated, with or without capital stock, under thischapter for the purpose of carrying on any lawful business permitted by §7-1.2-301 for the mutual benefit of its patrons, or their patrons, or anypatrons' patrons, as ultimate consumers, or for the purpose of doing businessfor the benefit of its member patrons in all things relating directly orindirectly to the catching, processing, storing, transporting, marketing, anddistributing of fish and other aquatic products of all kinds.
