SECTION 7-8-35
§ 7-8-35 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application of it to any person orcircumstance is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid for any reason, thevalidity of the remainder of this chapter and the application of the provisionto other persons or circumstances is not affected by the invalidity.
