SECTION 8-10-19

   § 8-10-19  Limitation on transfer or paroleof juveniles. – During the period when a juvenile shall be placed in the receiving andscreening unit or in the youth correctional center, no transfer or parole ofthe juvenile shall be made except with the consent of the chief judge of thefamily court, or, in his or her absence, with the consent of the justice whoinitially heard, or has pending before him or her, the matter involving suchjuvenile.
