SECTION 8-10-29

   § 8-10-29  Report of divorce proceedings todirector of health. – The clerk of the family court shall make returns to the director of health, onor before the first day of March in each and every year, for the year ending onthe thirty-first day of December preceding, of all the applications fordivorce, showing the number of applications, the number thereof continued, thenumber granted, and the causes for which they are granted, but without thenames of the parties, in accordance with the blanks which shall be furnishedhim or her by the director of health.
