SECTION 8-10-32

   § 8-10-32  Employment of clericalassistance by clerk. – (a) The clerk of the family court, with the approval of the chief judgethereof, shall appoint as many assistant clerks as may be necessary, who shallhold office until removal by the clerk or by a majority of the justices.

   (b) The clerk is hereby authorized and empowered to employsuch clerical assistants, in addition to the assistant clerks, as he or she mayrequire in his or her office in copying, recording, indexing, and attendingupon the files of the court.
