SECTION 8-15-4.1
§ 8-15-4.1 Deposit of proceeds. – The state court administrator may receive the proceeds of any contract enteredinto by him or her for the sale, lease, or transfer of any computer hardware,software, or related services produced, maintained, or developed by theadministrative office of state courts. Such proceeds shall be deposited asgeneral revenues.
