SECTION 8-16-12

   § 8-16-12  Rules of practice and procedure– Confidentiality of proceedings. – The supreme court shall make and promulgate rules governing the practice andprocedure under this chapter before the commission, and the supreme court shallinsure the confidentiality of all proceedings involving complaints against amember of the judiciary, except for those proceedings that are expressly madepublic by this chapter.
