SECTION 8-2-23
§ 8-2-23 One justice quorum – Two ormore sitting together. – Any one justice of the superior court shall be a quorum for all purposes,except as otherwise provided; but the court may, when so ordered by thepresiding justice, be held for any purpose by two (2) or more justices, to bedesignated as provided in § 8-2-4.
