§ 8-2-28 - Transfer of papers between counties. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 8-2-28

   § 8-2-28  Transfer of papers betweencounties. – The superior court may order the papers in any cause to be sent from one countyto another; and in matters heard in any county other than that in which thecause was entered, the court shall certify the proceedings to the clerk of thecourt in the county in which the cause was entered, and shall send to the clerkall the papers therein to be kept on file in his or her office and thererecorded.
