SECTION 8-2-32

   § 8-2-32  Retention of papers or return tooriginal county. – If an entire cause shall have been removed under the provisions of thischapter, all further proceedings in the cause shall be taken as if the causehad been commenced in the county to which it was removed. If less than theentire cause shall have been removed, then upon determination of the questionfor which removal was made, the record shall be remitted to the clerk of thecourt for the county from which the cause was removed.
