SECTION 8-2-4

   § 8-2-4  Presiding justice asadministrative judge. – The presiding justice of the superior court shall be the administrative judge.He or she shall be the administrative head of the superior court and havesupervision and control of the calendars and of the assignment of justices. Allcourt stenographers and secretaries shall be under his or her supervision. Itshall be his or her duty to gather such statistics as shall reflect accuratelythe work of the court for the information of the court and such other use as heor she may deem expedient.
