SECTION 8-3-8.2

   § 8-3-8.2  No incremental retirementbenefit for temporary service as chief justice, presiding justice or chiefjudge. – No increment in salary resulting from any rule or regulation providing for anincrement in salary for temporary service as chief justice, presiding justiceor chief judge shall be construed to add to the annual salary of a judicialofficer for purposes of retirement under § 8-3-8 or 8-3-8.1.
