SECTION 8-4-13

   § 8-4-13  Qualification and compensation ofclerk pro tempore. – The clerk appointed pursuant to § 8-4-12 shall be sworn and give bondbefore he or she enters upon the duties of his or her office and shall, duringhis or her term of service, be entitled to the compensation of the office.
