§ 8-5-2 - Superior court secretary and assistants.
SECTION 8-5-2
§ 8-5-2 Superior court secretary andassistants. – The justices of the superior court, or a majority of them, may appoint asecretary of the court and five (5) assistant secretaries, who shall holdoffice during the pleasure of the court and shall perform such duties as may berequired by the court.
