SECTION 8-7-1

   § 8-7-1  Supreme court sessions. – The supreme court shall be in session at Providence from the first Monday inOctober in each year to the second Monday in July in the succeeding year and atsuch other times as the court shall deem proper, with a recess from the thirdMonday in February to the first Monday in March; provided, that the court mayhold sessions at other places within the state whenever it may deem advisable.
