§ 8-8.1-4.1 Report to law enforcementagency. – Whenever the court grants a temporary order pursuant to § 8-8.1-4 based ona complaint alleging that a minor is suffering from domestic abuse, the courtshall ensure that the appropriate law enforcement agency is notified of thecomplaint.
