SECTION 8-8.2-19

   § 8-8.2-19  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof shall for anyreason be judged invalid, such a judgment shall not affect, impair orinvalidate the remainder of the law, but shall be confined in its effect to theprovisions or application directly involved in the controversy giving rise tothe judgment.
