§ 8-9-13 - Revocation or modification of warrants and commissions.

SECTION 8-9-13

   § 8-9-13  Revocation or modification ofwarrants and commissions. – Any warrant or commission for the appraisement of an estate, for examiningclaims against the estate of a deceased person, for the partition of realestate, or for the assignment of dower or other interest in real estate may berevoked by the court for sufficient cause; and the court may thereupon issue anew warrant or commission, or proceed otherwise, as the circumstances of thecase shall require, or in the case of death, disability, or resignation of oneor more of the appointees may supply vacancies occasioned thereby in suchmanner as the court shall deem best.
