SECTION 8-9-20

   § 8-9-20  Right to counsel of personsuspected of withholding property. – Upon the examination as provided in § 8-9-18, the person suspected mayhave counsel, who may examine and cross-examine him or her as to any matterdeemed material arising in the course of the investigation.
