SECTION 9-1-14.2

   § 9-1-14.2  Limitation of "Agent Orange" orphenoxy herbicides actions. – Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, an action to recoverdamages for personal injury caused by contact with or exposure to phenoxyherbicides while serving as a member of the armed forces of the United Statesin Indo-China from January 1, 1962, through March 29, 1973, may be commencedwithin three (3) years from the date of the discovery of the injury, or withinthree (3) years from the date when through the exercise of reasonable diligencethe cause of the injury should have been discovered, whichever is later.
