SECTION 9-1-17

   § 9-1-17  Limitation of actions oncontracts or liabilities under seal and on judgments. – The following actions shall be commenced and sued within twenty (20) years nextafter the cause of action shall accrue and not after: actions on contracts orliabilities under seal; and actions on judgments or decrees of any court ofrecord of the United States, or of any state.
