SECTION 9-1-23

   § 9-1-23  Effect of joinder of counts onlimitation. – Whenever counts are joined in the same complaint, the limitations of time forcommencing suit applicable to the cause of action set out in any count shall bethe same as if the action was brought on the count only, and the limitation maybe pleaded to that count instead of to the entire action.
