   § 9-1-37  Enumeration of periods of appeal.– The following compilation of periods of appeal for criminal and civil actionsis set forth as an aid to the public, and is not intended to replace thespecific statutes referred to herein. The omission of any statute from thislist shall in no way affect the validity of the omitted statute.
